Clipper’s Mission Statement

To provide discerning travelers with a thoughtful way to see places of natural beauty and cultural interest. To this end, we use small, intimate ships with access to secluded waterways that bigger ships could never consider.

Given the right conditions, travel can be a immensely satisfying, mind-expanding endeavor. After a good trip, one returns home enriched with lasting impressions of beautiful places and interesting people encountered.

Like many birds, our small ships are migratory and follow the sun, northbound in the summer and southbound in the winter, always ready for spontaneous discoveries — a pod of whales, a school of dolphins, or a scenic highlight.

On board, our crews provide a welcoming, unpretentious environment, leaving you free to set your own pace. You may opt to explore on your own, join a shore tour, or just relax on deck or in our smoke-free lounge.

Our aims are summed up in our mission statement, shown above. We hope that after perusing our Web pages that you will decide to join us.
